Record Keeping and Recording

This course was commissioned to support colleagues in improving record-keeping and reporting standards across Mencap.

During the course's writing and testing, it became clear that colleagues were unsure of the different roles and responsibilities and did not know what happened to the information they were reporting and recording.

Feedback on this course was very positive, especially regarding the tone used throughout.
